1. Connect - Schedule an initial consultation so that we can learn about your vision for the project and begin to come up with a plan to meet your family’s long-term needs.

2. Budgeting - We’ll work with you to identify the best financing plan for your vision. Then, we’ll help you create a development budget to track expenses.

3. Survey & Design - We’ll walk the site with you, generate a survey, and help you select a designer to create a permit set.

4. Permitting - We’ll help you navigate the gauntlet of city departments to submit and obtain a permit to begin construction. While the project is permitting, we’ll work with you to select a general contractor.

5. Construction - We’ll manage the contractor from site work to completion to ensure timely delivery of your ADU.

6. Operations - We’ll help you lease the ADU so that you can begin to pay back loans taken out for the project.
